






Our Lady Queen of Africa, Rubaga Girls Secondary School is a girls-only secondary school in Uganda. It was founded in 1967 to train young girls who will serve the church, the nation and themselves as God-loving and God-fearing women, mature citizens, responsible future mothers and capable leaders.
The R.A.I.S.E. Program has been running at Our Lady Queen of Africa, Rubaga Girls Secondary School since 2013.
The R.A.I.S.E Program team are all builders of a better Uganda, Africa and ultimately a better world through their experience of sucessfully working with the youth from different backgrounds and inspiring them to achieve greater heights and bright futures.

To be a change agent in the transformation of Uganda and East Africa by equipping the youth with the skills and financial means necessary to be job creators not job seekers which is one of the vital ingredients in breaking the poverty cycle.
